hallo mr. gerald marleaux !!! ich wolte mich bei dir herzlich für meinen kleinen sopran bedanken,und respekt sagen für deine eizigartige feine arbeit.habe schon als profimusiker in gr.land mit fast allen bässen der welt gespielt,aber für mich ist der name marleaux wie ein mercedesstern :-) halt der könig.endlich habe ich nach 15 jahren es geschaft ein stolzer besitzer von ein marleaux zu werden auch wen es das baby ist,aber bald kommt noch eine diva-6 fretless in meiner samlung. mfg niko

Lieber Gerald, daß wir das noch erleben!! Du und ich mit Foto im aktuellen Bass Professor (zwar nicht gemeinsam, aber was ja nicht ist, kann ja noch werden). So viele Jahre sind vergangen. Ich hoffe, Du hattest und hast eine gute Zeit. Unsere Marleaux Gitarre (SR-Nr 001) gehört immer noch zu meinen Lieblingsgitarren und rockt, wie es sich gehört. Hi Gerald alter Harzer, hatte dich ja vor Monaten angerufen um schon mal das Votanprojekt anzusprechen.Das Geld dafür sollte ja durch den Verkauf meines Consats reinkommen. Was soll ich sagen, ICH HABE MICH NEU VERLIEBT !!!! Ich kann den roten Riesen (36") nicht verkaufen, das Ding ist auf der H-Saite immer noch das Maß aller Dinge ( machmal ist man halt ein wenig Betriebsblind). So ein geiler Bass und das nach 19 Jahren gemeinsamer Tieftonmacherei. Der Votan muss also noch bis 2013 warten. Ich versuche im Sommer mal in die Werkstatt zu kommen. Gerald and the team at Marleaux have reached a new pinnacle in bass building. There is not much you can do when you look at a Consat Signature other than wipe the drool off your chin! The craftsmanship you see in these basses is unmatched, and I believe every bass player out there will find their voice if they try a Marleaux.

Hi Gerald, Long time no see. My name is Rossini Lo. I got a 5-string M-Bass at expo for couple years. It's a really good one! Since it's so wet and hot in Hong Kong, some adjustment of the truss rod has been needed. So, I got a guitar smith to fix it a little bit...however, he screwed it up, and he made it wear and tear! Now, I can't adjust the neck anymore; so frustrated. In addition, the original hexagon key was lost. Furthermore, what could I do? Should I ship the bass to Your company? Or, U send me a new truss rod and hexagon key though? How much are the fixing, rod & key? well, I don't wanna to get rid of this great bass at all, U know. Please reply.
